I do not have any "breakfast recipes" but we eat this for breakfast and it is really healthy! It is from our favorite Chef Alton Brown too! Can't beat it!
Buff Smoothie
Ingredients;
4 ounces plain, low fat soy milk
4 ounces acai, grape or pomegranate juice
4 ounces frozen banana (about one banana)
4 ounces frozen strawberries
4 ounces frozen blueberries
4 ounces frozen peaches
1) Combine the soy milk, juice, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and the peaches in the carafe of a blender
2) Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 8 hours
3) In the morning, or when the fruit is partially thawed, put the carafe on the base of the blender, start at the lowest speed and slowly accelerate to medium until you achieve a vortex
4) Blend on medium for 1 minute
5) Increase the speed to high and blend for an additional minute
6) Serve immediately

We add some protein powder before we blend it all together and you are all set! We use half a scoop of the protein powder we have at home.
