Al is one of Brian's friends. You have also seen pictures of him walking through our house with us. You will also see pictures of him as one of Brian's Best Men. Al was in the construction business for years. He specialized in floors (tile, vinyl, wood, etc) but knows pretty much everything as he has done pretty much everything. And if he doesnt know? His uncle who is a builder and father who also works in construction knows. Pretty good guy to know when you are building a house huh?
So remember how I didnt think/know if the HVAC system was going to be up in time because I didn't know what "trimming the HVAC" meant? Well Al knows! He says that trimming the HVAC system means putting doors and things around it and for that to happen the HVAC system has to be up and running. So it APPEARS as of right now that there is *just* enough time for the house to acclimate.
