The House: 11.19.11

So according to the Closing Timeline the head builder gave us the water and sewer should be done and the sheet rock should be almost finished. Sheet rock should be completed 11.21.11. Brian and I think they will finish the sheet rock early. We are going to have to take his word on the water and sewer. They have also almost finished the siding of the house. The island is still very rickity even though they put sheet rock around it, Brian can make it wobble so much that a gallon bucket with white goop in it almost fell off by just tapping it with his pinky. We told the sales lady again (the head builder said they fixed it but obviously not or not enough) and she said she would bring the head builder to see it on Monday.

We have also found out that we are closing on December 27th as long as nothing gets delayed. Which means that they have 20 days not counting weekends and holidays to finish the house....
