We made Alton Brown's
City Ham the other day. It was fabulous! We have A LOT left over but it really wasn't hard at all. I should add that it really only took about 4 hours rather then the 6 it says it should. And yes, Alton Brown in the TV episode says to put the ham on a clean dish towel.
